Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Hildas Boutique! We strive to bring you the best shopping experience possible. If in case an item(s) does not work out, you may request to return any eligible item for store credit only.
Contact us at hildasboutique7@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. Return request must be made within 5 business days from the marked as delivered date. We will not accept returns beyond 15 days from the marked as delivered date.
Items excluded from returns:
- Sale items and clearance are final sale
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
- Gift cards
- White clothing
Return items MUST be in the original condition unworn, unwashed, and with no perfume/deodorant/make up stains. Item must also have original tag attached. If we receive a visible worn item we have the right to deny your return.
Please DO NOT send back items without approved return request. Your item will not be accepted without approval.
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees for return item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once return item(s) have been shipped please email your tracking number along with order number include your invoice with order, and full name. Once delivered allow 2-3 business days for you to receive your store credit in a form of an e-gift card.
Cancellations:
Are for store credit only if item has not been ship out yet.
